Baltimore, MD – Ayers Saint Gross’ project – the ISE Lab at University of Delaware – has been awarded the 2015 TAP Innovation Award for Excellence in Delivery Process. The jury comments include “This is state-of-the-art BIM practice implemented at the University of Delaware” and “Innovations that also caught the jury’s attention included mobile screens and an open exchange of files between design and construction.”
Ayers Saint Gross also won two SCUP awards for Rowan University’s Stormwater and Landscape Master Plan (led by Biohabitats), and George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health (teamed with Payette).
Recent project wins include design for Auburn University School of Nursing, Washington College North Residence Hall, Housing and Dining for Goucher College, The Arts Center at Eckerd College, Sagamore Spirits Distillery, and Colgate University Career Services Center; master plan projects for University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ohio University, University of Maryland Innovation District, and Rush University Medical Center; and space analytics for University of Northern Iowa and Colorado State University.
