Baltimore, MD (December 14, 2017) – Francisca Bonilla, recently passed the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) to become a registered architect in the State of Maryland.
Fran joined Design Collective in 2012. Most recently she worked on the design of the New Cultural Center, a mixed-use arts community for Orchard Development in Columbia, Md. Fran is currently working on Open Gate West, a 60,000 SF brewery for Diageo Guinness in Relay, Md. The project includes an outdoor plaza detailing the history of the site, the Calvert Distillery, and the history of Guinness. The grounds will include areas for concerts and outdoor events. Inside, the facility is a 10 hecta liter brewery, for small batch craft beers, a tap room, special tasting area, and restaurant and retail shop.
