Over the past decade, digital dominated the marketing conversation and defined modern marketing. And while technology continues to disrupt our lives and business and push the boundaries of what’s possible, it’s now simply the cost of entry.
Leading A/E/C firms are searching for ways to adapt to the new realities of the firm-to-customer relationship and to leverage new tools and technologies without getting caught up in the hype.
To prepare for and conquer the next marketing frontier, firms need to recognize that strategies that have always worked in the past are becoming outmoded. In other words, to compete and win, they need a fully updated marketing toolbox.
The session will create a roadmap and provide tools and practical takeaways for:
• Realizing new approaches to branding and brand management that strengthen a firm’s ability to attract and engage its “ideal” clients
• Developing a unique and consistent brand voice that remains strong across a multitude of communication channels and devices
• Creating better customer engagement using buyer personas and customer journeys
• Communicating more effectively across social media channels, including what type and style of communication is best suited for each.
