Design Collective Celebrates Recent Employee Achievements

Baltimore, MD (July 13, 2017) – Justin Obringer and Kaitlin Wolfe recently passed the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) to become registered architects in the State of Maryland.
Justin joined Design Collective in 2012. Most recently he worked on the design of the award-winning Living Seashore Exhibit at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, an interactive exhibit that gives visitors the opportunity to explore the shore and touch the animals that live between the tides. Justin is currently working on The Kingston, a 320-unit multifamily, high-rise building for LCOR in McLean, Virginia.
Kaitlin joined Design Collective in 2015. Currently, Kaitlin is working on the expansive New Housing Village at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Upon completion, the Village will feature five new buildings featuring over 2,000 beds of student housing, a health and wellness facility, an outdoor pool, dining facility and retail. Additionally, Kaitlin is working on the New Cultural Center, a mixed-use arts community for Orchard Development in Columbia, Md.
