Baltimore, MD (January 30, 2018) – The Urban Land Institute District Council (ULI) of Baltimore is pleased to announce it has moved its office to the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Baltimore headquarters at 11 ½ West Chase Street. Prior to moving to Baltimore City, ULI was located in Cockeysville for the past five years.
“We are thrilled with our new space in the City,” said Lisa Norris, ULI Baltimore District Council Coordinator. “Not only is it more member-friendly, but most of the initiatives we are involved in take place in Baltimore City, and what better way to show our support than to relocate here.”
Norris also adds that the move is a critical component of growing ULI’s membership and providing top quality programming and events.
At AIA, ULI is located on the second floor, and Baltimore Heritage, a nonprofit organization with a like-minded dedication to saving historic buildings and revitalizing neighborhoods, is on the third floor. All three organizations have access to shared space such as the conference room and kitchen.
