Baltimore, MD (April 20, 2018) – Kinsley Construction, Inc. was awarded third-place in the County Apartment/Condo Project category from Baltimore Business Journal’s 2018 Best in Real Estate Awards for their work on the Flats at 703 project.
Kinsley constructed the new, seven-story building which includes five residential floors for 105 small-batch luxury studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments atop a two-story parking garage. The facility’s features and amenities also include a roof-top lounge, residents’ clubroom, billiard and media room, training and fitness studio, a coffee and juice bar, and dog walk. The project broke ground in spring 2016 and opened last year at 703 Washington Ave.
The Baltimore Business Journal’s Best in Real Estate Awards recognizes the trending deals and projects in Greater Baltimore. Projects were submitted through reader nominations and the winners were selected based on their dollar value, job creation, creativity and overall impact on the community.
