Present Company is a boutique firm in Baltimore City, with a focus on adaptive reuse and historic restoration, and an appreciation for thoughtful design. Project types are varied, and clients include small businesses, institutions, developers, and homeowners. The studio operates on a collaborative model, and both principals are often involved in the design phase of a project.

Job Description

Present Company is looking for an architect or designer with around 3 years of experience who is a motivated, independent thinker, interested in Baltimore City projects, and eager to learn new skills. Employees are trusted members of the design team and have the opportunity to work in depth on all stages of a project.  Employees are expected to represent Present Company values including listening to clients, sharing expertise, and working hard to ensure every project delivers the best possible outcome.

Qualifications

• MArch or BArch
• Extensive experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Sketch-Up and Enscape
• Ability to work in-person at our Baltimore office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
