The Carroll County Youth Service Bureau is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architectural firms interested in providing design and construction administration services for a building addition project. The selected firm must be licensed to practice architecture in the State of Maryland and should be able to demonstrate experience with behavioral health service outpatient facilities. The qualifications package to be submitted includes Civil and Building Engineering and other subconsultants who will form the design team that will be led by the selected Architecture firm.
