Design Collective Celebrates Recent Employee Achievements

Baltimore, MD – Nick Mansperger, AIA, LEED AP BD+C and Jessica Pagan-Aello, AIA, have achieved registration with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and have subsequently earned their architectural license with the Maryland State Board of Architects.

Nick joined Design Collective in 2004. Most recently he worked on the design of The Commons’ Building 1, a 330-unit high-rise for LCOR currently under construction in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Nick was also a major contributor to the design of The Fitzgerald, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development which has won many significant awards including the Urban Land Institute’s International Award of Excellence.

Jessica joined Design Collective in 2008. Currently, Jessica and Nick have been working together on a student housing project for Johns Hopkins University consisting of 157 student apartments and 31,500 SF of retail space in Baltimore, Maryland.

Additionally, Dan Schultz, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CDT has achieved certification with The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as Construction Document Technologist (CDT). CDT certification validates proper development, technical accuracy and management of construction documents.

Dan joined Design Collective in 2007. At present, Dan is working on Pallas, a high-rise residential tower for Federal Realty Investment Trust at Pike & Rose in Rockville, Maryland. When complete, the building will feature 310 residential units and above-grade podium parking.
