The Red Line is currently under threat by Governor-Elect Larry Hogan

Klaus Philipsen, FAIA, Co-Chair of the AIABaltimore Urban Design Committee, appeared with Baltimore Business Journal reporter Kevin Litten on Midday with Dan Rodricks to discuss Baltimore development and urban design in 2014.

Baltimore has become a popular destination for Millenials, but to keep the trend going, Klaus expressed the need for smart urban design focused on transportation, including the continuation of the Red Line project. Klaus and Litten spoke about how to improve Baltimore Markets, and what new development projects downtown and in the Inner Harbor mean for the City going forward.
