Penza Bailey Architects Welcomes a New Employee, Congratulates Another

Baltimore, MD (November 10, 2017) – Penza Bailey Architects welcomes Kya Kennett to their architecture team. Kya comes to PBA from Seattle, Washington where she obtained a B.A. in Architectural Design at the University of Washington. She worked as an Intern Architect in Seattle for a year before moving to Baltimore. Her previous work experience includes residential and educational architecture. She is interested in designing spaces for communities, especially schools and public spaces.
Penza Bailey Architects congratulates Vincent Serritella, AIA, for recently obtaining his Maryland Architecture license. Vince started with PBA in 2015. He holds a B.S. degree in Architecture from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC., and has been practicing Architecture since his graduation in 2003. He has strong experience with residential and commercial architecture, and has worked on projects for many different client types.
