Noelker and Hull seeks a Project Architect for its Frederick, Maryland office.

Duties will include all phases of planning and design from concept through post-construction. Projects include a wide variety of scopes from feasibility studies through large-scale renovations and new construction projects. Project types will include public facilities such as K-12, libraries, municipal facilities, parks, and corporate facilities, as well as higher education, senior living, and health care.

The preferred candidate will be licensed to practice architecture in Maryland, or be able to obtain a Maryland license. Sustainable design experience with LEED and IgCC is desirable, with a strong understanding of ICC and NFPA code requirements. Revit and visualization software proficiency is preferred.
